Holiday Traditions: What Are Your Favorites?

As the days grow shorter and cooler weather is upon us, thoughts turn to the upcoming holidays. Whether your family celebrates Christmas, Hanukah, Eid al-Adha, Kwanzaa, Boxing Day or another holiday this time of year, we’d like to know about your traditions.

Think about the many ways your family gets ready for and celebrates the holidays each year. For example, is there a special way you decorate your home? A "secret" family recipe that you prepare? Music or songs you listen to in order to "set the stage"? Or an event or service that your family members participate in to mark the occasion?

Your stories will be included in the November/December issue of Railway, so please submit them along with any photos you’d like to share via Outlook to Communications, Corporate or via mail to Susan Green, Railway Editor, BNSF Railway, P.O.
