Consumer Products Announces 2007 Leadership Model Winners

BNSF’s Consumer Products (CP) group wrapped up its first-year program recognizing its team members for "exhibiting excellence" when it comes to the different components of BNSF’s Leadership Model. The components of the model are communicate, communicate, communicate; create a compelling vision; make development a priority; lead more and manage less; and model the way.

Every month, the CP team marks the personal and business "milestones" its employees have achieved and hands off its "traveling" Leadership Model trophy from the previous month’s winner to the current month’s winner.

The CP employees who won the award in 2007 are as follows:
